TuJu app login
On the iPhone build tested in October 2026, TuJu would not navigate until you signed in. Here is what that screen offered, and what to try when it loops.
When login appears
SoyaCincau's test of the iPhone app, published 22 October 2026, found that navigation stayed closed until the driver signed in. Waze will give you a route without an account. On that TuJu build, it would not. We have not seen a public statement that the Android 2.0 build dropped the requirement, so expect a sign-in screen there too until you confirm otherwise on your own phone.
This is not a new complaint. The App Store notes for version 1.5.4, dated 4 November 2025, said the update fixed crashes, login issues, and performance. The screen has been fragile before. A surge makes it fragile again, because every new user hits the same account service at once.
Sign-in methods
The iPhone test offered Google, Apple, or email, and a separate path to register with an email address. Use the provider you can still reach if you change phones. An Apple ID sign-in is tied to that Apple ID. An email account is only as recoverable as the inbox.
Sign in while the car is parked, on a stable connection. Do not create the account at a toll plaza. If the permission screen that follows is long, read it. SoyaCincau reported that it named location, motion, and usage, and said data may be shared with a Malaysian government body for road-user analysis and product work. The wider list is on the data page.
When it fails
If the button spins, try one other method rather than the same one ten times. Then update the app, check that the phone's date and time are automatic, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. LLM said on 22 October 2026 that it was restoring capacity with Prosignal after the download surge. A login that fails for an hour can be that outage, not your password.
Persistent failure goes to the address LLM published the same day: feedback@prosignalconsortium.my. Include the phone platform, the version shown in the store, and whether Google, Apple, or email failed. This website cannot see your account. More failure modes are on the troubleshooting page.
